This Little Piggy Fish Spa oens in the Royal Arcade!
It sounds Crazy, and quite frankly it is! The latest treatment to be taking the UK by storm is the 'Fish Spa' A pedicure treatment where tiny carp nibble away at the dead skin on your feet! I went along to give the hungry fish the meal of their lives...
This Little Piggy Fish Spa have taken up one of te shops next to Planters in the Royal Arcade. The shop is fitted out in a modern style, the giveaway being two chairs with large fish tanks in front of them! First the feet are soaked to ensure any lotion on the feet is washed away ( the fish don't like that!) Then its time to get your feet into the tank for the fish feast. As soon as you put your feet in the fish get going. It is a bit tickly but more like pins and needles. I couldnt help laughing but I found it quite bearable (and I am quite ticklish!) while I was having the treatment I had A nice cup of Chocolate and Chilli Tea one of a range of unusual (and the usual) teas on offer. This is a great gift idea or a fun treatment for a group of friends to go along to together! Lisa Northover
